Expert Answers about RV Water Filter

  • What Is the Micron Rating of the AquaFresh Exterior RV Water Filter Kit
  • I did some checking on the AquaFresh Exterior RV Water Filter Kit part # A01-1131VP and the micro rating is 20. The water filter kit reduces chlorine, sediment, and bacterial all while improving the taste and odor of your fresh water supply. The filter will need to be replaced when your water flow deceases as that is a sign that the filter is full. The AquaFresh Exterior RV Water Filter part # A01-1132VP can be used for this. The Camco RV and Marine Premium Water Filter Kit part # CAM40631...

  • Does Everchill RV Refrigerator with Integrated Ice Maker
  • The Everchill RV refrigerators we carry do not have an integrated water filter. Any filter would need to be an external version like the AquaFresh Exterior RV Water Filter - Qty 2 # A01-1132VP. This is an in-line filter with your water connections. We don't currently carry the model you referenced, but based on my research it doesn't have an integrated filter.

  • Required Water Pressure for Clearsource Onboard Pro RV Water Filter System with 3 Cannisters
  • I can't speak specifically about any one water pump as they are not all the same but when asked about water pressure, this is what Clearsource had to say in reference to the Clearsource Onboard Pro RV Water Filter System part # CS59FR. In that environment, our Clearsource Ultra three canister systems produce approximately...

  • Can the Clearsource Nomad Water Filter # CS67FR Filter Gray Water to Be Drinkable?
  • Yes! I confirmed with my contact at Clearsource that the Nomad RV Water Filter # CS67FR can filter gray water in order to be potable (drinkable) again. However, the filters can get clogged very quickly if you do not have a drain cover/grate installed before water enters the filtration device. I recommend a strainer like the one on the LaSalle Bristol Threaded Sink Drain w/ Basket Strainer - 3-1/2" # 34433JN1007. The strainer will help keep out larger debris from ever entering the Nomad.

  • Recommended Storage Method for Camco RV and Marine Disposable Water Filter CAM40043
  • Camco RV and Marine Disposable Water Filter # CAM40043 is intended to last one full camping season for most RVers.
